These terms apply when you use qrcodeq.com. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. We wrote these terms for a practical tool website: you enter data, the browser creates a QR code or barcode and you decide how to use the output.

What qrcodeq provides

qrcodeq provides QR code generators, barcode generators, scanner/decoder tools, bulk QR tools, print helpers, and educational material. The tools are provided as self-service utilities. We do not review your encoded content, approve your campaign, register retail numbers or guarantee that a printer, scanner, phone, retailer, platform, or marketplace will accept your output.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you encode, the files you download and the places where you publish or print them. Test every QR code and barcode before distributing it. Static QR codes cannot be edited after download or printing because the data is part of the image itself. If the linked page disappears, changes or breaks, the QR code may still scan but the destination may no longer work.

Barcode numbers and GS1

qrcodeq creates barcode artwork from values you provide. It does not issue official UPC, EAN, GTIN, ISBN, ISSN, GS1 or retailer-approved numbers. If you are selling products through retailers, marketplaces, distributors or regulated channels, you are responsible for getting valid identifiers from the appropriate issuer and following the rules that apply to your product and market.

Acceptable use

Do not use qrcodeq to support phishing, malware, credential theft, fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal tracking, counterfeit goods, deceptive payment requests or any activity that violates law or the rights of others. Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, reverse engineer private systems, bypass rate limits, or interfere with other users.

Files, logos and third-party rights

If you upload a logo or place a brand name in a code, you must have the right to use it. Generated QR code and barcode files may be used commercially by you, but that permission does not give you rights in someone else's trademark, platform, product listing, payment account or copyrighted material.

No professional advice

The site gives technical utilities and practical guidance. It is not legal, compliance, tax, retail, payment, medical or security advice. For high-stakes uses, get advice from the right professional and test with the exact scanners, printers and platforms involved.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, limit or remove tools or pages. We try to keep the site reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain free forever. We will not intentionally turn a static QR code you already downloaded into a tracked redirect because static QR files do not depend on our servers.

Disclaimers and liability

qrcodeq is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for lost profits, printing costs, campaign errors, rejected product listings, broken links, failed scans, lost data or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Indemnity

If your misuse of qrcodeq causes a claim, loss, fine or dispute, you agree to be responsible for it and to protect qrcodeq and its operators from resulting costs to the extent allowed by law.
